BEGINNERS YOGA Drop in classes
Every Sunday: 11.15-12.15pm
In this class you will be introduced to the classic yoga postures and sequences. You will learn a series of fundamental postures including balancing, basic twists, backbends, side stretches and breathing practices.
Each pose is accessible to all levels offering modifications and variations to suit all. This class is delivered with clear and mindful instruction to help you feel familiar and confident with the basic principles of movement.
This class is great for anyone new to yoga or anyone wishing to refine their posture and alignment by moving at a slower pace.
Please note: These drop in classes will commence until 7th July where we will run this class as a course for 6 weeks due to course popularity, read more below.

Starting yoga can feel quite overwhelming! Where do I begin and what style should I start with
Join Elly in to learn everything you need to know to establish the foundations of a yoga practice. In this course we will explore foundational yoga poses, become familiar with anatomy and alignment based instruction, enhance breath awareness and work towards transitions and Surya Namaskar (sun salutations).
This course is open to all levels and perfect for people completely new to yoga or wishing to revisit foundations.
