What's the challenge?
Join us every morning from Monday 1st June 7am-7.30am for a guided meditation practice. This practice is a combination of Mindfulness meditation and *Metta Meditation.
Thank you to everyone who signed up for this challenge. We are so grateful for your contributions and are happy to announce that through partaking in this challenge we collectively managed to raise £447.50 towards Womens aid.

Each of our Meditation Challenge offerings donate a percentage of proceeds to a chosen organisation, Practicing yoga and meditation with purpose and offering to charity helps connect us and strengthen our intention to practice compassion for ourselves and others, widening the circle of compassion.
*Metta meditation is a practice also known as loving kindness meditation. With Metta meditation the focus is on cultivating compassion for yourself and others.
What if I miss a session? Do you offer a recording of the meditation?
Well as it's a 21 day challenge and we realise not all of you want to rise at 7am every morning, we will be recording each meditation session so that you can choose to meditate at an alternative time that suits you. Although we recommend attempting to get up and practice in a group for the live meditation session at 7am, we wanted to offer the recorded meditation option for those of you who may miss your alarm, or have other commitments and still want to complete the 21 day meditation challenge at your own time of choice.
