LIVE ONLINE WORKSHOPS
New moon Dream and yoga cirlce

Practicing in accordance with the cycles of the seasons and the moon offers us some of the best teaching for the cyclical nature of our own lives and bodies.
And during this time when we are asked to stay inside we might feel disconnected from these cycles and seasonal shifts. This online yoga & dream circle will be an opportunity to reconnect with the turning of the earth and the lessons we can glean from the liminal space at the beginning of the new moon cycle.
In this two hour online workshop you'll be invited to make yourself a comfy nest somewhere in your own home, get yourself a cup of tea, light a candle, and settle in for some restorative yoga, meditations, and intention setting practices which will harness the powers of the new moon.
Our time together also includes opportunity to share stories and themes from our dreams. Sharing dreams with others can help us realise the deep knowing that springs from our subconscious, and can often help us dream more clearly and frequently!
Materials and poetry shared in the workshop will be available online afterwards for you to use when you like.
30 minutes Prior to the workshop starting you will be sent a zoom link to join.
